What the service does

AI Clip Cutter takes a long-form video you upload, transcribes it, uses AI to select short segments, and exports those segments as vertical or square clips with captions burned in.

Output quality depends on your source material. AI moment selection is a judgement made by a model, not a guarantee of performance on any social platform, and we make no promise about views, reach, or engagement.

Your content

You keep all rights to the video you upload and to the clips produced from it. You grant us only the permission needed to process your file and deliver your clips — storing it, transcoding it, and sending its audio to our transcription provider.

You are responsible for holding the rights to what you upload. Do not upload material you are not licensed to use, or anything unlawful.

Credits

The service runs on prepaid credits. Analysis costs credits per minute of source video and each export costs credits per clip; the exact cost is shown before you confirm any action that spends them.

Credits are deducted when work begins and are refunded automatically to your balance if our pipeline fails. Credits are not legal tender, carry no cash value, and are not transferable between accounts.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent credit accounting, access other users' files, or resell access without a written agreement with us.

We may suspend an account that does any of the above, and will explain why when we do.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the credits you purchased in the three months before a claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of the operator's registered location.
